I take great pride in the fantastic coaching service that I offer, where every athlete truly matters (read my testimonials if you’re unsure!)

Working with a passionate coach can allow you to reach performance levels that you never thought possible. I can make you accountable for your training, help you through the times when the going gets tough, and help you to keep progressing! I plan structured, detailed session plans that carefully progress and adjust as you improve. Your sessions will be uploaded onto the coaching platform ‘Training Peaks’ which allows 2-way feedback, constant contact and enables me to review and assess each of your sessions.

Working with an experienced coach allows you to focus your efforts on the actual sessions and lets me take care of the background planning and analysis. I will motivate you, encourage you and keep you on track to achieve whatever goal it is you’d like to achieve.

Are you looking for some help towards a certain event but not quite wanting the level of support and commitment a one to one coaching package offers? Then a one off tailored plan might be just what you need. Initially, I will collect an array of information from you such as:

  • Which events are are aiming towards

  • Your current ability (speeds and distance)

  • When you can train (and when you can’t!)

  • Current sessions you’d like building into your plan

  • What equipment and facilities you have access to

  • Personal details (height, weight etc)

A training plan is then produced to fit around your current sessions, time available and events/races you have planned. The programme is emailed over in a PDF format for you to work through or shared on Training Peaks and an account set up for you.



A personalised training plan is great for people who require guidance on when and how to train for their events. Once you have a programme made specifically for your needs, it will focus your training allowing you to achieve your goals. You will find ticking off the sessions simple and rewarding.

If you are second guessing your training but unsure if you want to commit to a full coaching relationship, I offer a coaching consultation service where I analyse your training and data, take a look at your training history and offer advice on the best way forward. It is also suitable for complete newcomers to the sport who are simply looking for some guidance on getting started, as well as more seasoned triathletes.

The consultation can take place either remotely, or face to face. It is not strictly time limited, but tends to last between 60 and 90 minutes.

The cost of the service is £75.  If I have space on my coaching programme and you decide you would like to engage in a full coaching programme I will give you 50% off your first month of coaching.
